Our home blood test kits are despatched via Royal Mail 1^st class post, free of charge. It should take 1-2 working days for the kit to arrive. We also offer a guaranteed delivery option for £8.99.

If you place your order before 1pm, the kit will be despatched the same day. 

The packaging is discreet. The kit will fit through your letter box, and you don’t need to be in to sign for the kit.

Once you’ve collected your sample, ensure the tube lids are clicked securely on and you’ve attached the completed labels to the tubes. Place the tubes into the plastic protective casing and put this along with your completed lab request form back into the kit box.

Put the kit box into the Tracked24 envelope and attach the return label from the lab request form to the Tracked24 envelope.

To avoid any delays, please post the sample back Monday through to Thursday so the sample will arrive at our lab the next working day.

If your test kit does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact our support team at help@edgesupport.co.uk confirming your delivery address and we’ll send you a replacement kit to you free of charge.
